Digital service only
iDecodeMe is a fully digital wellness tool. There is no physical product, shipment, or courier involved. When you upload a blood report, your decoded insights are delivered instantly inside your iDecodeMe account and are available to download as a PDF.
Access after payment
On successful payment, Plus features are activated on your account within a few seconds. A payment receipt is emailed to the address on your account within minutes. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder or write to support@idecodeme.com.
If something goes wrong
If your Plus upgrade does not activate within 10 minutes of a successful payment, email us with your payment reference and we will resolve it manually. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how failed decodes and refunds are handled.
